We tend to romanticize Disney characters. We see in them those who can be looked up to. But what if becoming just like them was much easier than we think? What if they were just like ordinary people with quirks, habits, and problems? This is the question that Indonesian artist Andika Muksin answers by putting Disney princesses in real life and imagining what will happen. It's time to take off your rose-colored glasses.
Andhika Muksin is an illustrator based in Jakarta, Indonesia who loves to alter stuff he finds on the internet. This time he chose Disney princesses - he decided to reimagine them as regular girls living regular lives - you know, the sleeping-with-your-mouth-open and taking double-chin pictures with your front camera types of normal lives.

Cartoons have long ceased to be products for children. Educational projects, family spectacles, psychological and educational shows - what kind of goals and tasks, and the entertainment function, are not entrusted to modern cartoons. And new technologies allow you to create fantastic worlds and virtually settle in them with relatives and friends, identifying yourself with your favorite characters.
Brave Merida, resilient Fiona, Mermaid, and other female cartoon characters
Today Bemorepanda presents to its readers a selection of female cartoon characters. Not so long ago, cartoons played a more modest role - supporting and supplementing male characters: through them, they revealed themselves and gained depth and texture.
Now the heroines are self-sufficient - the motley world of the animated series revolves around them. And not all drawn and digital sorceresses received their abilities magically: many worked hard on themselves to achieve the status of a heroine. We remember our favorite characters, get to know each other and plan a viewing.
