7-industries-that-began-to-grow-rapidly-during-the-pandemic

Bemorepanda found out what to expect after lifting the restrictions. During quarantine we found out industries that are supposed to grow up rapidly during quarantine. We started using service that maybe where unnecessary for us before the pandemic. Here are the industries that are going to have a great success after the quarantine ends.

1. Grocery retail

No matter what happens, people will be hungry.  In a stressful situation, we buy even more products.  The process of absorption of food calms, and stocks on the shelves alleviate anxiety: suddenly that, and in the house there is buckwheat and potatoes.

2. Courier services

Grocery stores were allowed not to close; other shopping facilities were less fortunate.  They, as well as public catering establishments, are saved by courier services that take delivery on themselves.  If you leave the house (exclusively on business, of course), you can see how many people in the street are in branded clothes.  They all carry something to someone.  So the increase in revenue and the staff of courier services is a natural consequence of quarantine measures.

3. Online education

Learning through the Internet is a trend of recent years.  It’s convenient when you don’t need to go to an English tutor through the whole city or you can get a profession sitting on your own couch.  The web has many courses on any subject - from painting to physics.  The pandemic added to the number of online students those who decided to learn something from boredom or who risk losing their profession in a crisis.

4. IT area

Prior to the advent of coronavirus, this industry did not complain about stagnation, but the pandemic gave it new growth points.  One of them is tools for business.  Due to restrictive measures, conservative spheres, which slowly and reluctantly went online, were forced to accelerate.  Someone met a pandemic with outdated, barely working sites, while someone didn’t have a debug channel at all.  All this required immediate intervention.  This is where IT services came in handy.

5. Home fitness products

The pandemic dispersed into the apartments and lovers of fitness equipment, and runners, and people involved in horizontal bars.  All of them had to decide the issue of training at home.  Therefore, the demand for compact exercise machines, elastic bands and expanders, weights and dumbbells has grown.

Interest in online training has increased.  If for fitness centers this is an attempt to upgrade the brand and save at least some kind of income, then for those who initially relied on it, this is a great opportunity for growth.

6. Juridic services

The demand for legal assistance does not come from a good life.  Unfortunately, the pandemic creates all the conditions to throw people’s problems.  We have to solve issues related to the closure of the business, job cuts, job loss, the use of credit and other banking products.

7. Intimate goods

On the one hand, the self-isolation regime closed access to new acquaintances and non-binding sex, and even loners would like to be released in a stressful situation.  On the other hand, the couples were locked together.

useful-tips-to-get-easier-through-self-isolation

In recent weeks, we all have had to step far beyond the boundaries of our comfort zone.  The inability to go out, anxiety for oneself and loved ones, a change in habits, the uncertainty of the future - all these factors cause stress.

In such a difficult and stressful situation, it is important to eat right, not to forget about physical activity and monitor your emotional state.

Proper nutrition

Our mood is influenced by a lot of factors.  One of them is the surrounding colors. It is very important to have foods of all colors in the diet: for example, red tomatoes, orange oranges, yellow apples, green lettuce and parsley, purple eggplant and basil.  This diversity also allows you to increase the amount of antioxidants, vitamins and trace elements in the diet, and it is also very useful for our microbiota.

Plan the menu for the next 3-4 days and write a list of everything you need.  If you have a plan, then there will definitely be much less harmful goodies in your basket.

Physical activity

You eat food several times a day.  Accordingly, calories, together with protein-fats-carbohydrates, enter your body properly.  And if you do not spend them just as well, then they will begin to settle in the form of fat deposits on the stomach, hips and buttocks.  Being in isolation and not being able to go through at least 10 thousand steps, you need to do exercises every day.

Psychological comfort

The state of routine in ordinary life a person withstands in many respects due to the potential ability to get out of it.  He knows that one day there will come a day off, a holiday or a trip to a restaurant. Even for those people who have not left their homes for years, such a theoretical possibility exists and makes life bearable.

In a changing situation, it is important to carry out all the daily activities that a person is used to.  Remain in the present without thinking about the future, because no one can know anything about it.

spain-extends-quarantine-authorities-went-on-alert-after-the-number-of-cases-increased

The Spaniards were frightened and returned to harsh measures.  Spain decided on Wednesday (May 6th) to extend the state of emergency for another two weeks.  That was after it was given free to walks and physical activities.

Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez called on the parliament, which approved the measure, after easing the restrictions, bringing the number of cases of illness to 3,121 on May 6.  This is after, after the end of April and the beginning of May, they had stabilized at 850 -1,200 new cases per day.

Spain has registered 256,855 cases of COVID-19 disease and over 26,000 deaths.  The Sanchez government wants to gradually lift the measures of isolation at home and at the same time control the implementation of measures of social distancing and hygiene among the population.

Home isolation was imposed on March 14 and the state of emergency was due to end on Saturday, May 9, but will be extended until May 24.  Although the opposition claimed that 60 days of state of emergency were illegal, it had to vote on the law for national security.

how-the-world-quarantine-is-gradually-being-canceled-due-to-coronavirus

The number of cases of coronavirus in the world as of May 13, according to Johns Hopkins University, exceeded 4.2 million. But in some countries, depending on the specific epidemiological situation, the previously introduced restrictions are gradually mitigated.  In Europe, quarantine measures were started in April.

In India, after seven weeks of quarantine, rail links partially opened. Flights from several major cities, including New Delhi and Mumbai, became available.  Passengers control the temperature, they must treat their hands with a disinfectant when boarding the train and at the end of the trip.

In Germany, people returned to the gyms.

Czech authorities allowed restaurants to open summer verandas.

In Israel, parks were opened and allowed to use outdoor sports equipment while maintaining social distance.

In Bangladesh, some factories, logistics services and shops were allowed to return to work, but with limited working hours.

Schools are gradually returning to work in France: indoors, social distance must be respected, so most children will continue to study remotely.

In Los Angeles were opened walking trails.  In crowded places, such as parking, the use of masks is mandatory.

In Switzerland were opened shops, museums and libraries.

Hairdressers opened in Turkey.

In the UK, people were allowed to sunbathe in the parks nearby from housing and to engage in sports without restrictions.

Iranian authorities opened mosques during several holy nights of Ramadan.

In Buenos Aires (Argentina) opened bookstores and children's stores.

In the Australian state of Victoria, people are allowed to meet friends and families.  At home, you can receive up to five guests, and walking on the street - in a company consisting of a maximum of ten people.

what-is-self-isolation-and-why-do-we-need-to-follow-the-quarantine-lockdown

Self-isolation is such a regime when the maximum number of people do not allow contacts with each other. Simply they spend all their time at home and go out only in case of an important need. For example, buy products at the supermarket.

This is an important and practically way to deal with a pandemic. The less you contact people, the lower your risk of getting sick or infecting others. Staying healthy right now is an important help to society and the medical system, which is under heavy pressure. After all, if at the same time more people get sick than the medical facilities are able to accept, someone will not be helped. To prevent this terrible situation, stay home. Moreover, if you come up with different activities, it will not be boring at all.

From a legal point of view, the individual quarantine is applied in two ways:

(1)institutionalized quarantine (most often referred under the term quarantine), when an individual is placed by authorities in special quarantine centers for a certain period of time;

(2)home isolation (also referred to as self-isolation), when an individual has the obligation to remain in the home area for a period of time decided by the authorities.

Contact with other people should be avoided so to keep away the coronavirus infection. The World Health Organization recommends not approaching others closer than a meter, and the American Center for Disease Control and Prevention - 1.8 meters. It is believed that at this distance the virus particles will not be transmitted by coughing or sneezing. That’s why at home we feel safe, the feeling of safety is the most important now. Self-isolation means safety.

thats-what-freedom-looks-like-euphoria-in-wuhan-after-quarantine

Their relatives, friends, friends of their friends died.  In all families there is a tragic story: death, illness, poverty, bankruptcy.  After 11 weeks of severe quarantine, the "lock" was opened and Wuhan City, the "heart" of the pandemic that has plagued the world is trying to come back to life.

The city with 11 million inhabitants begins to fall asleep after more than two and a half months, it was like a ghost.  The new coronavirus started right here from an animal and bird market and spread uncontrolled across the globe. Today (April 8), a few days after China had no local transmission case, and just a day after the historic "no death of Covid-19" restrictions were lifted.  The quarantine imposed on January 23 ended at midnight Tuesday through Wednesday, and passengers began storming buses and stations, some wearing full-length suits.

But the over 80,000 cases and 3,300 deaths remain behind and the hope that one day the world will look exactly like before the coronavirus.  For now, it's just hope, because there's a long way to go.

Although some restrictions have been lifted by the authorities, many control measures remain in place.  The Chinese were warned not to travel unless absolutely necessary. Those who go to Beijing go through two rounds of tests, and in other provinces, those who come to Wuhan have to be quarantined for two weeks, the New York Times writes.

In addition, everyone is required to use a tracking application on their phone or tablet and to prove that they were not sick or did not come into contact with sick people of COVID-19.  The Chinese system records every place where people make payments and the network of hundreds of millions of surveillance video cameras is famous.
