Amid the ideality Instagram is strewn with, the journalist and blogger Danae Mercer shows a bit of reality.  33-year-old Danae tells how easy it is to create the “illusion” of an ideal body with the help of angle, pose and light, which is what most Instagram models do.  

She does not hesitate to prove again that in this world it is not necessary to be impeccable.  Social networks are full of impeccable bodies and models.  They publish photos of their ideal bodies, using them as a marketing tool to sell or promote something. 

 Other girls have complexes, and they desperately strive to look perfect too.  But reality is not always so perfect, and journalist Danae Mercer is not shy about proving it.  

The woman herself suffered from an eating disorder for several years, and managed on her own, starting to do sports and changing her diet.  Now Danae is convincing her subscribers (of which she has 1.1 million) that with all the photo editors and the ability to choose a pose and angle, it is so easy to make ourselves "perfect" in our world.
