In the end, he decided to resort to intermittent fasting to lose weight. As a result, Patel managed to get rid of 18 kilograms in ten months. The Indian refused breakfast: in the morning he only drinks water. At about 11 a.m., he drinks a cup of milk, and after a while he eats two flatbreads with vegetable stew and raita - a dish of yogurt and cucumbers. For dinner, Patel makes himself two more tortillas with vegetable or bean dishes and salad. If an Indian is hungry, he drinks a cup of milk.


A man rarely allows himself junk food. At first, he completely eliminated sugar and fast food from the diet, but later began to go to a fast food restaurant once a week. In addition, Patel gave up soft drinks altogether.


Since the Indian could not work out in gyms, he began to practice home cardio workouts.


Patel believes that his new diet contributed the most to his weight loss. β€œI believe that there are no special secrets of losing weight: good old diligence and consistency give results,” he stressed. After losing weight, the Indian gained self-confidence, his self-esteem increased. He stressed that the experience of losing weight taught him that nothing is impossible.
