88-kilogram-man-lost-18-kilograms-and-revealed-the-secret-of-loosing-fat

A resident of the Indian city of Chikhli, Gujarat, lost 18 kilograms in ten months and revealed the secret of success. This is reported by the Times of India.

Denial Patel, 24, gained weight while in college. At its peak, he weighed 88.4 kilograms. Because of the extra pounds, the man was often ridiculed by his peers. For many years, the Indian tried to start working out in the gym, but to no avail.

In the end, he decided to resort to intermittent fasting to lose weight. As a result, Patel managed to get rid of 18 kilograms in ten months. The Indian refused breakfast: in the morning he only drinks water. At about 11 a.m., he drinks a cup of milk, and after a while he eats two flatbreads with vegetable stew and raita - a dish of yogurt and cucumbers. For dinner, Patel makes himself two more tortillas with vegetable or bean dishes and salad. If an Indian is hungry, he drinks a cup of milk.

A man rarely allows himself junk food. At first, he completely eliminated sugar and fast food from the diet, but later began to go to a fast food restaurant once a week. In addition, Patel gave up soft drinks altogether.

Since the Indian could not work out in gyms, he began to practice home cardio workouts.

Patel believes that his new diet contributed the most to his weight loss. “I believe that there are no special secrets of losing weight: good old diligence and consistency give results,” he stressed. After losing weight, the Indian gained self-confidence, his self-esteem increased. He stressed that the experience of losing weight taught him that nothing is impossible.

Earlier it was reported that a resident of the Indian city of Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, weighing 89 kilograms, lost 20 kilograms in five months. The Indian recommends giving up junk food, playing sports every day and eating right.

indian-authorities-banned-tiktok-and-another-58-chinese-applications

News from Indian authorities is that they have banned TikTok video service and another 58 Chinese applications. A statement about this is published on the website of the state PIB (Press Information Bureau, Bureau of Press and Information) of India.

Blocked applications "are detrimental to the sovereignty and integrity of India, the protection of India, state security and public order," the statement said. The list of prohibited services was also posted on the agency’s website; TikTok leads it. In addition to the video platform, the list also included applications from the Chinese WeChat social network, the Weibo microblogging service, the UC browser, and others.

The Cybercrime Center of India receives applications from citizens who are concerned about data security and privacy, the PIB said. “This step will protect the interests of Indian mobile and Internet users. This decision is a deliberate step to ensure the security and sovereignty of Indian cyberspace, ”the department concluded.

TikTok has already responded to the lock. The head of the service division in India, Nikhil Gandhi, said that the application complies with the laws of the country and does not transfer data to other states. “The confidentiality and integrity of users are of utmost importance to us,” Gandhi said.

how-volunteers-clean-up-rivers-from-rubbish-in-the-capital-of-bangladesh

A lot of waste has accumulated around the world during quarantine, even in civilized countries, to say nothing of states such as Bangladesh. These photographs show how volunteers struggle with trash, completely immersed in waste rivers.

Nevertheless, even in Bangladesh, in particular in Dhaka, they are trying to deal with this problem, albeit not in very traditional and even in some primitive ways - due to the work of fearless street cleaners whose the work itself may well occupy a leading place among the worst professions in the world, since these guys have to swim almost naked in the rivers, stuffed to the brim with different wastes, making attempts to clean them from all that abundance of trash formed in the process of human life.

In unusual photographs below you can see how volunteers clean the canal Savara, Dhaka. Previously, the canals were filled with water, but now these rivers of the region, located 24 kilometers northwest of the capital of Bangladesh, have become more like garbage streams. Mountains of black bags, plastic bottles, empty packaging and household waste simply picked up and completely blocked the canal in Savara.

The rivers and canals of Dhaleshvari, Banshee and Turag, under the jurisdiction of the municipalities, have been littered with garbage for years. According to the “New Age Bangladesh”, the cleaners of the municipality of Savara performed an operation to clean up rivers and feces from household, plastic, medical, industrial and electronic waste in 50 places. Last year, representatives of the municipality announced that they collect at least 200 tons of waste daily, which accumulate in the lowlands connected to the rivers.

chkharyok-fight-for-the-title-in-india

The Indians are well known for their impressive and action-packed movies. This fight seems to be inspired by an Indian movie, where anything is possible, and the power of a striker is felt without actually performing it.

How funny this so-called title fight looks, a professional who knows the magic of photoshop and editing, if adding a couple of "BANG" and flashes of fire and traces of dust, we finally get a real movie.
