Clara Guillem, 24, from Nashville, Tennessee, is already a role model on the Internet as a body-positive fighter against injustice. “I remember one day I was driving somewhere in a car and I thought that people show clothes only when it seems to them that they have a flat stomach. And then I decided that it would be good to show how tight outfits look after you have a good meal! ”Said Guillem. Posing in the same outfit before and after meals, Clara took off numerous TikToks, successfully proving that a full belly is a happy belly!
This is Clara, 24, who is an example of healthy body positivity.
The girl does not urge other women not to take care of themselves or overeat to a pain in the stomach, but only wants a little justice
Usually on the Internet, girls show clothes on an empty stomach, when the stomach seems especially flat.
And this is not fair, because after lunch everyone starts to bulge a little belly.
That is why the young American decided to show how her body changes before and after one meal, in order to prove to other girls that the belly is normal.
"I get irritable when I'm hungry, so I prefer a bulging belly instead of aggression."
"In the photo on the left I look 10 out of 10, and on the right I look 11 out of 10. I gave an extra point for the carbohydrates in my stomach."
"Of course, seeing a bulging belly can be unpleasant, but remember that food is needed not only for pleasure, but also to keep your body in excellent condition."
“This is how I look in my outfit before and after eating. And let me say that it was as good for my body as it was for my soul ... "
“I show photos in the same clothes before and after meals because many girls avoid meals just to look great in their tight outfit. But the stomach after eating is normal! "
"If you look at these pictures without disgust, then this is the first step towards self-love."
"Thank God for the tacos!"
"I still look good, just now I'm not hungry."
“You know, our bodies do so much for us, and we allow people to capitalize on our self-loathing? No really "
"There is nothing better than seeing how well I am feeding my body."
“Now I love myself. However, I like my sense of humor better. And, to be honest, I don't find it very funny when I'm hungry and yell at everyone. "

Can this new app from Netflix "Fast laughs' be the next TikTok competitor for short funny videos?

Netflix continues to surprise everyone with the big changes it makes, so now we are talking about a new and very interesting one, which was taken directly from TikTok, a platform that is not exactly streaming. Netflix continues to surprise everyone with the big changes it makes, so now we are talking about a new and very interesting one, which was taken directly from TikTok, a platform that is not exactly streaming. Even so, Netflix thought it wouldn't hurt to get a good idea from this app, so it decided to implement a new feature for its customers around the world that allows them to watch comic videos.
After Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, Netflix Fast Laughs is the latest TikTok clone that you can use in moments of boredom, writes go4it.ro.
Inspired by the Previews section of rival Instagram Stories, Netflix is now targeting fans of the TikTok network, launching a dedicated section with short videos, created as a source of entertainment to use during breaks from watching movies and TV series.
Like the other TikTok alternatives, the Fast Laughs section on Netflix takes the form of a vertical drop-down list. The main difference is that the selection of videos, instead of being uploaded by users of the streaming platform, consists exclusively of excerpts obtained from the movies and series available on Netflix. These are funny moments and other interesting phases, users having the opportunity to choose the movie, series or comedy show they want to remember in this way.
In addition to the vertical scrolling mode, Netflix has taken over other aspects reminiscent of the TikTok network, such as the row of feedback buttons on the right side of the screen. However, there are also Netflix-specific features, such as the option to add to the watch list, or play source material in the order shown.
According to Netflix, the new Fast Laughs section was first tested with a small number of users, now officially debuting for audiences in the United States, the United Kingdom and several other regions. For now, the video selection only appears in the iOS version of the Netlix app, and Android users will receive the updated version of the app a little later.
