
Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef (the leaner the better)
- 1/2 onion , diced
- 2 cloves garlic , minced
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 15 oz can green beans , drained
- 10.75 oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups frozen tater tots
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Firstly preheat oven to 375F.
- Lightly pour oil on an 8 or 9-inch baking dish. Set away.
- Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Remove excess fat.
- Add the onions to the skillet and sauté for 4 to 5 minutes until transparent.
- Add the garlic and cook, mixing frequently, for an extra minute.
- Beat in Worcestershire sauce and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Move ground beef mixture to the prepared baking dish and dispersed evenly.
- Cover with cream of mushroom soup, followed by green beans, succeeded by the cheddar cheese. Make sure to season the green bean layer.
- Finally, cover with tater tots.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until tater tots are golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Serve instantly.

Ingredients:
450gr organic ground beef
0.50 diced onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
300gr green beans, drained
300ml cream of mushrooms
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
3 cups frozen tater tots
0.5 tsp salt and pepper
Instructions:
1.Preheat the oven to 190 ºC.
2. We will grease a baking mold that will be in which we will assemble our casserole. We booked.
3. Next, brown the meat in a large skillet over medium heat. We will add the onions to the pan and sauté until they are transparent. After them, we will add the garlic stirring the mixture.

Ingredients
- 2-8 oz packages of cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups Mexican Cheddar Jack Shredded Cheese, divided
- 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 6 Jalapeno Peppers, deseeded and diced
- 1-2 lb. bag of tater tots
- 6 green onions, thinly sliced
Steps
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Arrang in a casserole the tater tots. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
3.While the tater tots in the oven, cook the bacon, blot fat away, and crumble into small pieces.
Dice the peppers and slice the onions.
4.In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, 1½ cups of Cheddar jack cheese, bacon (save a little bit for the topping), diced Jalapeno peppers, and most of the sliced onions (save a few for the top). Stir to thoroughly combine ingredients.
5.Spread the jalapeno mixture over the top of the tater tots.
6.Top with remaining ½ cup of cheese. Sprinkle the extra bacon pieces and onion slices over the top.
7.Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
