A rock band from the United States, The Flaming Lips, organized a plastic bubble concert.  Both the musicians and the audience were on their own premises.  The recital took place during the show "The Late Show", but the band is not the first experience of this kind.

The huge inflatable ball is a symbol of the soloist - he often appears at concerts so that fans can hold him more easily in his arms, and he even got married in a bubble.

 The reaction of the US press and Internet users was varied - some said it was the perfect solution to attend pandemic concerts, others that it was an example of dystopia.

 The Flaming Lips is an alternative rock band formed in 1983. The group has three Grammy Awards, two of which for best instrumental rock performance.  The band was placed in 2002 by the British magazine "Q (stores)" in the top "50 groups to see before you die".
