Ingredients
- 1/2 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)
- 1 can (8-3/4 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
- 2/3 cup condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/3 cup 2% milk
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 3/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups frozen Tater Tots
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add the corn, cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup cheese, milk, sour cream, onion powder, black pepper, and bacon to the skillet and mix well.
- In a 9x13 pan layer the beef, then the cheese and finally line up the tater tots before baking for 40-45 minutes uncovered.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake another 5 minutes.

4 red potatoes, including the peel
2 green onions, finely chopped

Method of preparation:
Wash the potatoes well, then boil them. When they are ready, take them out on a plate. Preheat the oven to 230 degrees Celsius. Wallpaper a tray with parchment paper. Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef (the leaner the better)
- 1/2 onion , diced
- 2 cloves garlic , minced
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 15 oz can green beans , drained
- 10.75 oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups frozen tater tots
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Firstly preheat oven to 375F.
- Lightly pour oil on an 8 or 9-inch baking dish. Set away.
- Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Remove excess fat.
- Add the onions to the skillet and sauté for 4 to 5 minutes until transparent.
- Add the garlic and cook, mixing frequently, for an extra minute.
- Beat in Worcestershire sauce and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Move ground beef mixture to the prepared baking dish and dispersed evenly.
- Cover with cream of mushroom soup, followed by green beans, succeeded by the cheddar cheese. Make sure to season the green bean layer.
- Finally, cover with tater tots.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until tater tots are golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Serve instantly.

Prepare this tasty Tater Tot with Bemorepanda!
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 (15-ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn kernels, frozen, canned or roasted
- 1 cup salsa, homemade or store-bought
- 1 (4.5-ounce) can chopped green chiles, drained
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning mix
- 1 (10-ounce) can mild enchilada sauce
- 1 (16-ounce) package frozen tater tots
- 3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves
DIRECTIONS:
- Firstly heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and onion and cook until beef has browned, about 3-5 minutes, making sure to mix the beef as it cooks; drain excess fat.
- Stir in black beans, corn, salsa, green chiles, taco seasoning and enchilada sauce.
- Lightly coat the inside of a 4-qt slow cooker with nonstick spray.
- Spread half of the tater tots onto the bottom of the slow cooker; top with ground beef mixture and remaining tater tots. Cover and cook on low heat for 3-4 hours. Add cheese during the last 30 minutes of cooking time.
- Serve immediately, garnished with cilantro, if desired.

Ingredients
1 bag frozen tater tot
2 cups minced pork
4 ounces freshly grated cheddar cheese
4 ounces freshly grated Monterey Jack or Pepper Jack cheese
1/4 cup jalapenos, thinly sliced
4 green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 cup fresh coriander, chopped
optional filling: guacamole sauce, cream and cotia cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 450 ° F. Place potato tops on a large baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, until golden and lightly crispy.
2. Remove from oven and sprinkle half of the cheese on the slices. Spread the stretched pork evenly over the cheese layer and add the remaining cheese. Spread the jalapenos on top. Bake until the cheese is completely melted, about 10 minutes.
